often say to the affect, "Salvation is not from our beliefs, but from
Christ"; While this is true, the writer must inherently identify "which
Christ" he is writing of, and is making his assertion based on a
particular "belief in-or-about Christ"; The truth is, a Mormon claims
to "look to Christ" and yet has erected a false Christ, and the Mormon's
belief evidence such; There is no profit to make a vague Christ, which
is obscured by the generalities you proclaim; Thus to truly preach
Christ is to preach specifics, and those specifics entail a set of
beliefs. Ironically, the writer is saying "focus on Christ, not
beliefs." and yet that statement in itself is a belief.
